introduction to applied biotensegrity
An online workshop offering an introduction to biotensegrity and its applications within therapeutic practice. We begin with an overview of tensegrity and biotensegrity — their history and significance in biology.
In the practical part, participants explore the properties of a tensegrity model and their own perception while working with it. Together, we identify concrete themes relevant to therapeutic practice.
The workshop concludes with several case studies from clinical practice. Participants also have the opportunity to briefly present a case from their own work and gain a concrete perspective on how to apply biotensegrity in practice.

one body
Workshop for Yoga Teachers, Movement Therapists, and Educators
A weekend workshop inviting you to experience the body as a living organism. Rather than focusing on separate systems and parts, we explore the body’s form as a changing whole — happening and alive in dynamic relationship with its environment.
We take inspiration from nature, look into the early stages of human development, and meet fascia as the medium of inner life. Throughout the weekend, biotensegrity will guide us, offering a stable framework for moving within the ever-changing living organism.
Through experience and play we will explore how to:
Recognize a safe range and quality of movement with respect for each person’s uniqueness
Understand how stability relates to inner space and body shape
Let go of performance and control to sense connection and lightness
Cultivate sensitivity to the whole through tension, compression, and flow
Apply the biotensegrity perspective in daily life
This seminar weaves together theoretical insights with rich movement and observation practice, playful partner and group work, and offers concrete inspiration not only for your own body practice but also for teaching and therapeutic work.
Come and experience the body differently — not as a tool, but as a landscape that is alive and happening.

18 - 19th April 2026, Prague, CZ
A follow-up weekend workshop designed primarily for physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. Its main aim is self-experience and the practical application of the biotensegrity perspective.
Participants deepen their ability to perceive the human being as a whole and approach the body as a changing, living organism. By exploring the forces of tension and compression, they cultivate their capacity to listen, refine their touch and manual therapeutic skills, and learn to read and facilitate movement with respect for each person’s individuality.
